Interview Experience at Hexaware Technologies (Campus Recruitment) Position: Graduate Engineer Trainee Interview Process: 4 Rounds Mode: On-Campus I recently had the opportunity to attend the campus recruitment drive conducted by Hexaware Technologies. The entire process consisted of four stages, and here’s a breakdown of my experience: 1. Group Discussion (GD) Round The first round was a Group Discussion, where 10 students were randomly grouped together. My topic was "Online Shopping vs Offline Shopping." The interviewer clearly mentioned that they weren't looking for fluent English or perfect grammar. Instead, they focused more on confidence and clarity of thought. It was still a competitive environment where everyone was given a fair chance to speak. I believe presenting my ideas confidently helped me clear this round. 2. Multi-Measure Assessment This was conducted immediately after the GD round on Hexaware’s own platform, and it was split into three sections: Quantitative and Logical Aptitude: You need to score a minimum cutoff to proceed to the next section. Questions were standard but required quick thinking and time management. Technical MCQs: Mostly covered topics like Java, Spring Boot, and MySQL. Basic understanding of core concepts was sufficient. Coding Round: Consisted of 3 coding questions. The problems were straightforward and could be solved with basic logic and programming skills. This assessment lasted for around 2.5 hours in total. Final Note After completing the test, they informed us that the day’s interview process was over and that shortlisted candidates would be informed via email. Overall, the experience was well-organized, and the interviewers were approachable. Tip: Focus on being confident during the GD, brush up on your Java and SQL basics, and practice a few simple coding problems beforehand. That should be enough to get through the process smoothly.
