Did initial phone interview and was extremely unimpressed with how unorganized the HR rep was. She didn’t know my name initially and didn’t know the position that she was suppose to be speaking about. She referenced multiple salaries and then came saying an extremely low number saying it was the max allowed. Declined offer letter.

Interview
Arrived at one of the Hertz location and interviewed with the location manager. Very friendly and was asked the basic interview questions. The interview took about 30 minutes after the arrival of the location manager. She was at another location .

HR will call and set up an interview with the main office in the area. You'll set down with a Branch Manager and they'll interview you for about 30 Mins.

You interview after completing their online application process. Easy interview with the area manager. Basic interview questions. Simply be confident and demonstrate common knowledge of customer service. Please dress appropriately.
