Interview
I appeared for BA interview at Hearst. There were three rounds, the first one was an onsite at the Hearst office taken by three separate person. The first interview was good , just behavioral and went through resume. Second round was of telephonic assessment which was of average level and third was again onsite taken by hiring manager.
Its been more than three weeks but I haven't heard back from them. Seems quite unprofessional.

Question 1
Mostly behavioral questions , technical questions were based on projects and skills mentioned on the resume.
The interview process was pretty fast and the recruiter was very communicative up until the last stage when they went radio silent. I had done all the interviews and submitted the case study and they weren’t going to tell me I didn’t get the job until I followed up again 2+ weeks later. They sent an automated rejection immediately after. Just rude.
