Had a call to answer some short questions before having a zoom interview. Interviewer was nice and explained the job in detail including the pay, work hours and what is to be expected.
Easy interview process, nothing challenging and they just ask questions regarding how well you are with children. Met at Starbucks for second round of interview and had to wait 1.5 hours as they were on another call scheduled for the same timing. But other than that, still smooth process.
I applied online. I interviewed at Healis Autism Centre (Singapore) in Oct 2022
Interview
Firstly, I had a 20-minute phone call. A little over a week later I was called back for a more in-depth interview over zoom with the person in charge. She was very transparent with regards to my responsibilities and the expectations of the company.
