I was contacted by their recruiter and after about ~2 weeks, was able to get an interview with the CTO.
First step was a phone screen, followed by a panel interview (2 total interviewers).
For the most part, the people were friendly and things went smoothly.
Got an offer the day after the panel interview. I ended up declining due to a few personal reasons, and a few warning flags. The onboarding documentation and company website is a bit too "woke" for my taste. The company goes to South America to get cheaper labor. And the company hasn't been around for very many years, so there's always a risk of it going under.
I declined the offer and thanked them for their time and how friendly they were. But, I also never got a response back to that, so it only made me feel I made the right decision.
