I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Harvard Business Publishing (Boston, MA) in May 2019
Interview
Was submitted via an Agency. The HR recruiter then performed a phone screen - typical resume review, why do you want to work here, etc. The following week was brought in for face-to-face interviews - HR, hiring manager, department head, senior team leads ~ 4 hours. Second round of in-person interviews the following week with additional team members ~ 3 hours.
