The first round was a high level phone screen with the hiring manager where we went over my background, why I was interested in the role, and my management philosophy. Then a full round of 5-6 interviews with a cross-functional stakeholders.
Overall, it was a great experience! The recruiting team was in touch every step of the way and when I received an offer most interviewers reached out to say congratulations and offered to chat again to share their personal experiences at Handshake.
The entire process felt much more personalized than my other interviews with FAANG type companies.
