This was a strange phone conversation/screen about a manager role. The recruiter spoke about why he, as a high level recruiter, shouldn’t work under HR but to higher level executives. I was asked questions about working in a matrix environment and then was told that the job description posted did not reflect the duties due to the patent company’s required standards of JD’s and that the JD couldn’t be updated for the posting. Then I was told that the role was not strategic as listed but mostly just transactional, carrying out tasks for the parent company. The conversation revealed a complete lack of social awareness and gave me many concerns. I normally don’t post reviews but this interaction was special! I respectfully asked to be removed for consideration.
