The interview process at HSBC was quite slow, with significant waiting periods between each stage. After submitting my application, there were long gaps before I received updates or invitations to proceed. Communication was minimal, which made it difficult to anticipate next steps or timelines. While the overall process was professional, the extended delays between interviews required a lot of patience.

HR was fantastic! I had a good interview - I would advise candidates to prepare by getting the basic interview questions down, then they should be all set. Nothing caught me off guard.

It was straight forward, had motivational questions and a technical round leetcode style. Last round had 3 interviews and each asked different behavioural questions and technical questions, the hiring team were interactive, supportive and helpful
