They hire through consultants or internal references, 3 layered selection process includes written test (formality), Interview with Functional team, Interview with VP - Human Resource and then with CFO/CEO
Interview will be based on your past experience and your suitability to offered position.
HR interview will be your personality screening and your suitability to their work culture.
Background checks will be made with references submitted during initial application/interviews

Interview process was quick. Interview was medium difficulty level. They asked technical questions and some other related to previous job. Overall good experience. Salary negotiation were done over the phone.
