First a recruiter calls and interviews over the phone. Then you get called in for a manager interview which is pretty basic. HCA uses a survey that supposedly hones in on your weaknesses; team player, energy, or customer service skills...

Very standard, began with recruiter screening and then pivots to direct manager interview with another nurse leader. Interview process lasted about 2 weeks turnaround time. Easy questions, and easy to talk to!

I shadowed the unit with one of the employees, then I spoke with the manager after. It was very casual and didn't feel like an interview. I was offered a position not too long after.
