Interview
I was contacted by the corporate HR office for a standard phone interview. I then was called in for a group/panel type interview. They asked questions regarding my past work experience and how it related to the position I applied for. Be prepared for providing examples of past work.

Interview
Met with a recruiter for phone screening and then moved to a local in person interview.
Interviewed with Field Marketing Director.
Had a 30-45 minute in person interview where he asked questions in the Star method. He also allowed 15 or more minutes for me to ask any questions. Very personable and straightforward interview.
I received an offer within a week of interviewing.

Tell me about a time when you had to lead a team without direct authority over the team, and how you motivated the team to follow your lead.
In person interview. Reviewed job skills and very conversational and informal. Answered about 5 questions. Most questions were about driving in new customers and driving trial, awareness and engagement. One interview only and then was made an offer.

Very conversational and nice.
Asked about 6 questions. Met With marketing supervisor, then DM’s, and then regional director. Each interview was about 30 min and utilized the star method - situation, time when, action and result.
