6 days after submitting my application I had call that invited me to in store Interview with store manager. t was friendly conversation, but unfortunately I couldn't get the job.

Interview
The interview process was smooth and friendly. I was asked to choose an outfit for a special occasion, which tested my product knowledge and styling confidence. The interviewer also asked a few situational questions about team management, customer service, and how I would handle busy store environments. Overall, the experience was relaxed, well‑structured, and focused on understanding my personality and customer‑facing skills.

Interview
Had a group interview which ran through different scenarios and how you would react. Asked what we would bring to the role, then filled in a form writing down our availability. Got called in for a second interview where I was then informed it was for a full time stock room role because I informed them I could do 35 hours in the group interview. This was confusing and did put me off as it was not the position I applied for. The manager said I would hear by the end of the day but three days have passed and have not heard anything!
