Interview
I applied online and within a week or two, a manager called me for a phone screening interview. They had basic questions such as availability, previous work experience(and if you've ever gotten fired) and why do you want to work at HEB. Really Easy. I was scheduled for an interview the next day. The interview was fairly easy and laid back; it only took about 15 minutes. It was one on one with one of the managers. I was offered the position pending a background check, which took about a week.

Interview
The process is simple enough, its mostly a lot of STAR based questions. And the digital interview is basically the same as the in person. The questions most of the time will be identical, if not extremely similar.

I interviewed at a grocery store where the manager asked about my customer service skills and availability. The atmosphere was friendly, and I felt confident discussing my past teamwork experience.

Name a time I had to mitigate an issue with a co worker.
It was easy and straightforward. I received a call back days later and went in for an interview. The manager was very engaged and felt like a conversation. I was called a week later to being my onboarding process.
