After hearing back, I had a virtual, self-paced interview. Afterwards, I was invited to a in person interview where I was offered the position 30 minutes after leaving. It was long but not necessarily difficult.

I applied and about a month later I got a call asking if I was still interested. I said yes, and little did I know I was about to receive a phone interview! She asked me about my work experience,and asked me to sell her something. Then I had an interview in person and another one the SAME day as opposed to coming back and I got a job offer that same day. My background check took a week to process and u begun training soon after.

Prepare for talk of past work experience and how you’ve excelled in the past when faced with certain obstacles and challenges in the workplace. There is an initial online interview if you do well on the first interview you’ll be notified of a second interview (you will be contacted through email only). The second interview is in person and revolves around the same questions as the first.

Interview
Interview was a two part interview, due to the virus it was a solo interview first with two managers. The second interview was with the store manager. Once you finish they do background check which takes 2-3 business days.
