The interview process was more relaxed. My interviewer was very easygoing and comfortable to speak with. He asked mostly personality based questions and interest-focused ones. Definitely wanted to see an interest in Guidepoint and applicable experience and personality traits.

They asked pretty basic questions, like testing your English skills and asking about communication and time management skills (what is one time you get challenged and how do you persuade your client etc.)

This role needs to tackle many tasks all at once, please share a time when you have tight deadlines and how do you manage all these tasks?

Interview
First round interview with Recruiter, then moved on to meet with two individuals form the team I'd be working on and a mock assessment. The mock assessment was more difficult than expected, but interview was straightforward.
