Thank you for sharing your comments on the experience you had in October of 2017. As you know in the agency industry, timelines and deadlines can move unexpectedly and priorities need to shift with little notice. We do apologize that you felt “blown off”, as that we certainly never our intent. We value the time interview candidates take to prepare for discussions with Guidemark Health, and we regret that your conversations did not go as smoothly as all of us would have liked. We will do better moving forward to communicate changes in scheduling that may arise, and we will continue to prioritize and recognize the value of each candidates time.
