First I applied online to their website. Very easy to navigate and comprehend. They first contacted me over the phone, had a quick phone screen and they said they would email me. Once they did, we scheduled a one on one interview at the New York location.

Very professional, but in a casual and relaxed demeanour. Very focused and not to mention very quick in responding and following through during the process. It took place with one manager who gave an explanation of the company's history,structure, atmosphere and what the nitty-gritty of the job entailed.
