Interview
You interview for the regional, director of operations, (assistant) VP or VP. The interview was conversational, but applicants should be able to easily speak to, industry expected tasks. Variances, training, budget composition.
The experience was painless. The interviewer was knowledgeable and asked probing questions. Great- thorough, pleasant experience. Asked a variety of relevant questions and sought to connect on various occasions. Looking forward to next steps.

Interview
I was contacted by the Regional Manager who arranged a telephone interview and then a face to face interview was conducted. Once we met and the interview concluded I was offered a position. Upon hire, I was given a different community other than the community that was offered to me.
