This was by far the worst and prolonged interview experience I ever went through, The HR team needs to seriously come up with a new system. I went to a total of FIVE interviews 3 in person and 2 zoom calls. And in one of the zoom calls one of the interviewees were like 30 minutes late so I had to repeat all my information all over again. This would be not no problem if they did not ask the SAME exact questions each interview, like they cannot communicate with each other and share information. After 4 long interviews they called my references who each gave me great and honest reviews and I went in for the final interview which went just as great as all the rest and was even told my hours and what to expect. After that a week passed and I they did not reach out at all, so I sent a quick email asking if I am still being considered, I was told they are still doing interviews and will let me know by the end of the week. A whole other week passed and I still have not received any update. It is fine if I didn't get the job but if I go on FIVE interviews that latest a month long the least they can do is call or email me saying I did not get it. That was a huge waste of time and they left me confused and disappointed.
