The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Google in May 2011
Interview
The interview was mainly case questions, situational questions, and a few brainteasers.
The brainteasers included:
-How many people are on their cell phones at this moment across the entire world?
-How many dogs are in the US?
-If you were in a plane crash in the desert, how would you survive?
Make sure you stay in constant contact with your recruiter and ask them for prep calls before every interview phase. If you have been out of college less than 4 years, you will need your transcripts as well as your SAT/ACT scores, no exception.

Interview
They asked a lot of situational question to see how you would handle situations (i.e. if a client wants 40 ads created in 1 day how would you handle this). The craziest question they asked was how many people do you think are one their cell phone in the entire world at this very moment.
