Very thorough, but systematic. There's a clear interviewing process in place; you'll know exactly how you stand during the interview cycle. Frankly, these days, that's pretty refreshing. The internal recruiter is terrific to work with--invites communication.

Tell me about your most recent program experience.
The interview lasted for 45 mins and was a good conversation. He asked me mostly behavioral questions and also one system design question, only because my job role was that of a technical program manager
