Interview
After submitting resume and they are interested, there is a telephone interview based on "behavioral pattern interviewing". If you pass that level, you will be called in for an in-person interview with multiple panels, including attorneys, executive administrators, and HR personnel.

All the behavioral pattern interviewing questions are grueling and strenuous. For example, "Tell us about an example where you made a mistake at your job. What did you do? What was the outcome?"
