The process includes meeting with the recruiter, then the hiring manager, a mock discovery call, a meeting with VP of sales, a meeting with CRO, references, and then an offer. I ended up not making it past the hiring manager which is fine but I was disappointed in the end since there was no feedback. The recruiter offered to provide feedback but was ghosted.

Question 1
Interview questions were focused on what my process was for inbound vs. outbound deals, how I think outside the box for deals that don't follow a typical process, and what I have learned from lost deals / missed quota attainment. There were also questions that tested for business acumen.

Quick turnaround time to get an interview - but once in less than personable round with recruiter. Clearly tell they were reading off a list of questions and making checkboxes to be a number. Was offered a next round, but turned down.
