After sending my CV, they sent me an online test which included mostly engagement, language, and mathematical skills. After that, I was contacted by an Italian lady in charge of one of the partner ops support teams which seemed to be nice. The interview was scheduled with her for two weeks after that interaction. No one told me who was I interviewing with so I guessed she was going to interview me. I was given a zoom link that did not work and was told 1 minute before the interview about it. I ended up having a different interviewer. His English was a bit hard to understand and even though at the beginning he the interview went okay, then he seemed to have no interest in me neither as a professional nor a person. His internet connection was terrible and the videocall died on three occasions. He never apologized nor something similar but simply continued asking questions. The environment was somehow hostile but I kept on it. By the end, he told me I would get detailed feedback about the interview and process - a thing that made me realize they would not offer me an offer but I decided to wait. While waiting for a response I decided to send an email thanking him for the interview, but he never had the decency to respond to it. 2 days approx after sending the email (1.5 weeks of wait in total), I got an email saying that thank you but the application was not accepted because I was not the "right fit" for the position. I put the spaces because that is how the email looked. They did not even mention the position nor gave any quality feedback. In conclusion, it was a super poor process with no real interest in the interviewee.
