Glens Falls Hospital interview questions

I received an email from Madison Jones to set up an interview via TEAMS. When I connected with her, I was given a "text interview" which was more in depth than expected. At the end of it, I was instructed to "turn on notifications on your smartphone so it's easier to communicate; is that clear?" Now, I don't know if I was scammed or not, yet I was quite put off by that and asked to be removed from consideration. IF Glens Falls Hospital reads this and you truly do perform interviews in this way, please consider reworking your wording and not mandating what I allow on my personal smartphone.
