I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Glassdoor (London, England) in Jan 2015
Interview
Quick and straightforward process: spoke with recruiter, hiring manager, presented a sales pitch to a couple of sales managers and a final round with VP of Sales. A couple of the rounds were in person in London and a couple were via phone/skype with HQ. There was also an aptitude and personality tests which were not easy but were straight forward.
The internal recruiter was prompt with feedback immediately following each round and I always knew where I stood. Start to finish it was no more than 2 weeks.

Question 1
One of the rounds was to do a sales pitch online to an audience of sales managers. If you're used to pitching in person, my advice is to practice, practice and practice!

Interview
Long interview process with multiple stages and contacts that you need to speak with.
Typically 5 stages - can take as quick as 2 weeks, but normally 3-4 weeks.
Initially met in the UK office with the Director and an employee, which then progressed to a group tele-interview in the US and finally a presentation interview.
This was then followed up by 2 more interviews over the phone as the initial contacts were over in the US for work.
