Interview
Genworth continues to promote the old GE culture, which has advantages and disadvantages. They are an excellent company to work for, and I thoroughly enjoyed the interview process with several members of the leadership team. The interviews included initial phone interviews (one with a recruiter/one with a hiring manager) as well as face-to-face interviews with several members of the leadership team. Feedback was swift and excellent until they determine that you are not the right candidate.

Describe your management style and ability to motivate personnel.
Waste of time and energy. 10 zoom meetings over 4 months. They seem to have no experience in hiring external candidates. Lot of red flags. The only positive experience was the recruiter who kept me updated throughout the process.
