I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Genflow
Interview
The first interview was pretty easy and relaxed. The interviewer seemed like a genuinly nice person though it seemed clear there is no work life balance in this company. After two weeks I came in for a second interview which left me thinking why would anyone actually want to work for this person? I did consider walking out when he started yawning and didn't apologise. After the interview I was asked to create some designs for the company (without getting compensated for it) which I declined. I did receive an offer, however, the compensation was lower than what was initially advertised. I declined the offer and was left with a bad taste after the experience.
Hi - We have been evolving our 360 hiring experience and continuously looking at process improvements.
We want to ensure that our Glassdoor page is the right reflection of employee and candidate experiences - therefore we do have to mention that whilst your review mentioned you received an offer, there was not an offer extended in March 2021 for this position.
It is normal for fast-paced hypergrowth companies to ask Candidates to create a project to showcase their talents and we will mention the upcoming interview stages within the first meeting to manage candidate expectations.
Thanks
