Interview
1. Screening RH (30 min)
Premier filtre pour valider les bases : parcours, motivations, prétentions salariales, disponibilité. L'objectif est de s'assurer que le profil correspond aux critères essentiels du poste.
2. Entretien avec le Manager Direct (30 min)
Focus sur les compétences techniques et l'adéquation avec le poste. Le futur manager évalue les capacités opérationnelles et la compatibilité avec ses attentes managériales.
3. Entretien avec les équipes opérationnelles (30 min)
Test de l'intégration dans l'équipe existante. Les futurs collègues évaluent la collaboration potentielle, l'esprit d'équipe et la complémentarité des profils.
4. Entretien avec le Manager/VP (30 min)
Validation finale par la hiérarchie supérieure. Vision stratégique, alignement avec les objectifs à long terme et validation de l'investissement.

Interview
I was contacted by the a recruiter who said they had received my name as a potential person Genesys was interested in hiring. When speaking to the head of the Prof Services arm he said they email around to their consultants to ask for recommendations of people who would be potential candidates to hire. It was all fairly informal, we discussed what their company strategy was moving forward, the type of work, the culture of the organisation and some initial pay expectancies
