Great interview process. No surprise questions; they're not trying to trick you. Felt like they were truly just trying to find the right fit for the team. The assessment was relevant and didn't take too long to complete. Everyone I met was friendly, kind, and I am looking forward to working with them.
The process was the standard HR screening call, hiring manager interview, and group interview with 3-4 coworkers. The criteria was that everyone needed to “like” you - was told that by HR.
