I was initially very impressed with the interview process, the recruiter reached out to me for a phone screen after having reached out to me a year before when I wasn't looking. I then met with the VP of the organization for an interview, and then had an all day onsite visit where I met with about 9 different people, followed by a phone interview with a second recruiter, and then a second site visit for one person who couldn't make it for the all day interviews. So I spoke with 11 people in total. Up until that time communication was good and I always knew what to expect next. Unfortunately after I committed my time to them for those interviews, which by necessity included taking an entire day off from my current job, and a half day for the second site visit, they went radio silent, not even to tell me they went with another candidate, which I am assuming is what happened. It also left a bit of a bad taste in my mouth because while they reached out to me, they then didn't have the courtesy to close the process with me.
