Quick questions about me then moved into talking about the position for the rest of the interview. Simple questions were asked like tell me about yourself. Whats your previous job history? Stuff like that. Sounded like a pyramid scheme.

Question 1
Is this schedule okay for you?
Is the location okay?
I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Gateway Sales Consulting (Saint Louis, MO) in Jan 2019
Interview
They gave you a lot of information and made sure you understand what you're getting into. They ask about what you want for the company. They wanted to get to know me on a personal level and was very straightforward. They wanted to make sure that this is a place for me to grow. I felt really good throughout the interview and felt as though I was going to be able to learn a lot.
I applied online. I interviewed at Gateway Sales Consulting (Saint Louis, MO) in Feb 2019
Interview
I arrived 15 minutes early. There was someone else waiting, he was there for the same position with an interview at the same time. Neither of us were greeted by the one person in the office who was conducting an interview in a small office to the side of the reception/waiting area. I waited for 25 minutes, 10 minutes past my appointment time and left. When I got to my car, I emailed the person I was meeting with and explained to her why I left. She never replied.
Suggestions: Clean the office and restroom, make the office look more professional and less like a frat house, don't waste people's time.
