I interviewed at GSF Car Parts (Wolverhampton, England)
Interview
It was quite easy. I asked a couple of questions, and everything went smoothly. The process was simple, clear, and didn’t take much effort or time to complete at all.

Interview
CV uploaded via Indeed, got a personal response and not via an agency which was great. Had a Teams interview with a member of the ecommerce, which seemed to go well then nothing, simply zero response. Gave them the benefit of the doubt that Christmas break may have delayed things - but chasing after Christmas and received nothing back - which I would be fine with if it was simply an application, but after an actual interview just an awful experience.

Interview
I would describe the interview process as including mainly competency-based and scenario-based questions. From feedback received they wanted to get to know the person. They also wanted an individual who was confident.
