It was easy they gave me the job the same day of the interview which is very odd. I was hired on the spot. Very desperate of the company. It was very odd , the people were odd .

Interview
The interview process was comfortable and quite engaging. There were a lot of situational questions that were not difficult to address and/or respond to. The first interview was what a call a soft interview with general questions, which included a summary of the position, responsibilities, timeline for possible start date and salary. Then second em interview was virtual and again it was quite easy.

Interview
The role play was difficult as it was fast paced and does not yield actual performance. I definitely think this part should be removed. My qualifications and initial interview should have been enough.
