Interviews with HR tend to be entirely behavioral / situational questions. Interviews with people from the function you are applying to tend to be more of a conversation. They are much more interested in you asking questions. Expect to spend the full day interviewing. Usually speak with 4-6 people 1:1, and anywhere from 1-4 people could take you to lunch.

Nothing unexpected, all the standard questions about your resume, strengths, weaknesses, leadership, etc.
Straightforward process with plenty of basic questions. Multiple rounds with email notifications between each level. Nothing surprising, what you would expect for large firm. Not sure what else to say.

Verbal, informal, nice it was a time of my life when I met people in GE office and we drank coffee. I also had a handshake with the receptionist. The toilet was very clean and tidy.
