GE GE IMLP Program interview questions

The interview was pretty much the guy asking me 5 team oriented questions. I wasn't able to answer most of them because of my lack of team experience. The guy also asked why I want to work at GE and why the IMLP program. Also asked me if I knew anyone who was in the IMLP program. I also felt like the interviewer did not want to interview me.
