Interview
There was one interview with soon to be future boss, but typically there are two interviews that you go through in order to be hired. One with HR and then one with the person who will be your boss.
I applied for the job in October. I heard from an HR representative that I got an interview in December. The interview was conducted in January and was a fairly average interview that talked about projects and previous experience.
