Functionize Sr. Product Designer interview questions

I had 3 rounds of interviews which were all done with different VP’s at the company. I received a lot of positive feedback and was told during my last interview that I should expect to hear from them very soon. Spoiler alert- they ghosted me. Not an auto-reject email or anything, just straight ghosted even after following up 3 separate times. I was originally very excited about this company but this just absolutely unacceptable behavior. It’s not only distasteful, it’s also incredibly disrespectful. Do better.
