Extremely rude interviewers. If you know something they won't be probing on those skills even though they are in the job description however, they will ask something irrelevant in return. On top of that, they will laugh at you if you can't answer the latter, right in front of your face. I have discovered that these folks are some of the least talented in the field that they work in.
