I applied on line twice. The first time got a general email from HR "thank you for you application, your qualifications don't match" (or whatever they said) I thought okay fine.... i few weeks later I saw the same job still posted..I knew I had the qualifications for that job..so I applied again only coping and pasting the exact wording of there job posting onto my resume...less than two weeks later, I got a call from the hiring manager to set up phone interview, which was about 4 days later, then had to go in to a face to face interview with his manager, another manager and the hiring manager on the phone (he was not in the same location as me). The interviews were fairly easy, just asked me what I use to do, can I troubleshoot VoIP applications.
