Interview process has too many stages, code challenge takes too long for what the job is worth. One of the interviewer didn't even show that they appreciated my time and also answered questions vaguely. Overall gave me the vibe that they're not interested in investing in employee growth.
Sensible discusdion and code review with sensible people. Tech challenge was easy, but took longer to solve than the limit. Some hidden isdues with challenge, but nothing unreasonable. Do object oriented, ideally TDD, and study logistics/ order processing business side
