Applied for the position in March, didn't hear anything until a call out of the blue in August asking me to fly to Arizona in three days for an interview. Everything was very well arranged and organized despite the short notice, making it pretty easy on me. The interview consisted of a 4 person panel asking mostly standard interview questions, then a tour of the facilities, and finally a group lunch with employees and other interviewees. Overall everyone was really nice, the interview was on the laid back side, and travel arrangements were organized and well communicated. After the interview I never heard from them again, neither a yes or a no which was very frustrating.
