I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Fractal (Mumbai) in Apr 2014
Interview
The interview process was very quick with all the four rounds taken in a day. Results were also announced on the very same day. The interviewers were really cool and nice. They take one written round, a case study round, a technical round and last is the HR round. The interview was not so difficult.

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Fractal (New Delhi) in Aug 2020
Interview
I had a call with HR and then an Online interview round. In the online interview, I couldn't navigate out of the screen and video was being recorded to ensure I don't use my phone.
They expected me to remember python syntax and R syntax as if it's some board exam. My entire methodology was correct but just because I couldn't remember a function name I couldn't clear the round.
You need to understand that these things are always googled and it's the methodology that matters.
