The interview was over the phone. The call was shorter than other interviews I have had over the phone. The interviewer wanted to know if I have experience in customer service. They offered CAD $16.00 per hour in a full-time position. I was able to ask questions and that was thought of favourably. There is a training period, which is paid.

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Foundever (Manila, Manila) in Mar 2008
Was referred to by Jobstreet where the initial interview and assessment was done. I brought the referral form to HR and they did a follow up assessment similar to the one done with Jobstreet - typing, mock call, customer relations. Final interview with HR was done as a group. After passing, they sent us out to operations for an interview with the prospective account.
