Long recruitment process of three weeks. 2 interviews with HR, 1 with the working manager and a case study, and one last panel with 4 members of different teams.
To improve the process for future candidates I recommend to make the HR interviews more directly connected to the job requirements. This will help avoid repetition and ensure a smoother process.

Phone call, then flown to headquarters in Philadelphia where you speak with different members of the FA team. This was a few years back, but nothing technical during the process.
