I applied online. I interviewed at Forge Biologics
Interview
I interviewed at Forge Biologics in Grove City, OH. It was an unusually lengthy process given it was an entry level position. There was an initial phone HR screening, video call with a director, and then 4 rounds of in person interviews with about 2-4 members (which included directors, managers, and other personnel) on a panel per interview.

I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Forge Biologics (Columbus, OH) in Oct 2024
Interview
I submitted an application and within two weeks, I had a phone screen call. Then about a week later I had a virtual interview with the hiring manager. About 3 weeks later I was invited to a panel interview in person (they paid for my plane tickets, hotel, meals and transportation). The panel interview consisted of 4 rounds, 3 hours total. Everyone was so nice and welcoming! I spent a long time "studying" for the technical interview, but it went very smoothly and it felt more like a discussion, not an on-the-spot test. I did spend a lot of time thinking about potential questions and how I would answer them. Overall, I felt like the process was genuine and that the goal was to get to know me as a scientist and person.
