Interview
The interview process at FelxTrade is structured and comprehensive. It begins with an online coding test to assess your technical fundamentals. If successful, you're invited to a technical screening interview with a team lead, where your problem-solving approach and past experience are evaluated. Following that, you’re given a take-home technical assignment that you have one week to complete, allowing you to showcase your real-world coding and architectural skills. Once submitted, you're invited for two separate one-hour interviews with the vice president and other team members, focusing on both technical depth and cultural fit. Finally, there's a dedicated 30-minute session to discuss and defend your solution to the take-home assignment.

Interview
Two interview rounds, both easy. In the first interview, the interviewer felt like he was checking his messages, went away from the desk for some time and left me writing the code, was distracted and wasn't paying attention to what I was saying or doing. He gave me an easy LC problem, once I told him that my solution should work, he told me to write test methods and test if it actually works. It worked, and that's all he saw. Moved forward to the second round, this interviewer was better, paid attention and asked questions. It was a very easy problem, and I solved it in no time, wrote tests and ran tests against my solution, which succeeded as well. After that he told a little about the product, and I was expecting a good feedback/offer. I didn't hear back for a week, and then I sent a follow up email and haven't heard back since. I tried calling the recruiter who was working from India, and no response there either. At least have the decency to tell the candidate why you rejected him/her. People look unhappy and rude, and I wouldn't waste time interviewing with them in future.

Interview
It was for Pune location. Interview was held during Covid-19 times, So whole process was done through Online platforms. First they sent a link for a test which will have a number of questions from all aspects of Software Engineering and also on Aptitude , Reasoning and English. After that had a marathon interview with an architect for 3.5 hours. Next round was with Project lead on some technical and Project related stuffs. Final round before the HR round was with Director which was on Managerial skills. till this point I was really interested in the opportunity and was looking to join the Company. then HR round happened and I was introduced to the most arrogant HR I have ever come across. Negotiations were brutal. she was behaving as if she was doing me a favor by rolling out an offer during Covid-19 times even though I was coming from a top product company. Offer amount was not matching my expectations and also their standards.
