In my experience Five Rivers Environmental Contracting use a fairly rigorous interview process. I was required to sit two interviews and take aptitude tests. However, this only assured me that they are keen to take on the right people and to take on people who intend to stay within the business. The colleagues who interviewed me were pleasant and courteous throughout and really gave off a good impression of the company.
