Met broker/manager. I had several questions he answered. Found out after being hired some of the answers were not the truth which was discouraging. It's a revolving door. They charge $699 for some people but $0 for others. Ask them to waive it or charge it after you sell your first home.

They hire you, make you go through their TRUE training program. Then bring you on at a low comission splits. Then you are a contractor, and what you put in is what you get, but they will drip campaign you with support meetings and etc. to practice and train.

They advertise in local papers announcing their real estate course. If you are not licensed, they will recruit you for schooling and it's worth it. They recruit from their schooling as well as other sources.
